Varanchi Voucher Programme

These terms govern the Varanchi voucher programme ("Programme"). By accepting and using a Varanchi voucher, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Programme

The Varanchi voucher is a promotional reward issued free of charge at the Varanchi store when you make a qualifying purchase. It is not a prepaid or gift instrument — you do not pay for it or load money onto it.

It entitles you to a fixed-value discount on a future qualifying purchase at our store, subject to these terms.

2. Definitions

• "Varanchi", "we", "us", "our" — Varanchi Ventures, operating the Varanchi store at No.65, 10th main road, 4th block 5th block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru - 560041.
• "Store" — our physical retail store at the address above.
• "Voucher" — a serial-numbered promotional discount voucher issued under this Programme.
• "You", "Customer" — the individual to whom a voucher is issued.
• "Qualifying purchase" — a purchase of merchandise at the Store that meets the threshold for a voucher tier.

3. Eligibility

1. The Programme is open to retail customers making purchases at the Store.
2. A voucher is issued against the qualifying sales invoice at the time of billing. Providing a mobile number is optional and used only to send expiry reminders.
3. The Programme is available at the Store only and is not available for online purchases or through any Varanchi or associated website or social media channel.

4. How Vouchers Are Earned

Vouchers are earned on qualifying purchases at the Store, based on the total value purchased.

3. Only the highest tier reached applies to a purchase. Tiers are not cumulative. For example, a ₹20,000 purchase earns one Silver voucher, not a Bronze plus a Silver.
4. The qualifying value is the net amount paid after all discounts and any voucher applied.
5. One voucher is issued per purchase, based on the qualifying value. Where a single purchase is billed across more than one invoice at the same time — including under different names — the invoices are combined and one voucher is issued for the highest tier reached by their combined qualifying value.

5. How Vouchers Are Redeemed

1. Vouchers are redeemable at the Store only, against a future qualifying purchase that meets the minimum value stated for that voucher's tier.
2. The original physical voucher card must be presented at the time of redemption.
3. A voucher is applied as a fixed-amount discount on full-price merchandise.
4. A voucher cannot be redeemed on the day it is issued. It is valid from the day after issue until its expiry date.
5. More than one voucher may be used on a single purchase, provided the purchase value is at least the combined minimum-redemption value of all vouchers used. For example, to use a Silver voucher together with a Bronze voucher, the purchase must be ₹15,000 or more.
6. A purchase made using a voucher earns a new voucher in the normal way, calculated on the net amount paid after the voucher discount. Any newly issued voucher is subject to all these terms, including that it cannot be redeemed on the day of issue.
7. Vouchers have no cash value. No cash, credit, or change will be given for any unused portion, and a voucher must be used in a single transaction.

6. Validity and Expiry

1. Each voucher is valid beginning the day after its date of issue, until the expiry date shown on the card. Both the issue date and the expiry date are stamped on the card at the time of issue.
2. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or reinstated.
3. We may send reminders before expiry as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to redeem the voucher within its validity period.

7. Exclusions and Restrictions

1. Vouchers are not valid on sale, clearance, discounted, or marked-down merchandise.
2. Vouchers cannot be combined with any other discount, offer, or promotion running at the Store, including any quantity or multi-saree discount. Where another such offer would otherwise apply to the same transaction, only one benefit may be used. This does not restrict the use of more than one voucher together, which is governed by clause 5.5.
3. Vouchers do not apply to the purchase of other vouchers or to any services or charges that are not merchandise.

8. Transferability and No Cash Value

1. Vouchers are transferable. The voucher may be redeemed by whoever presents the original physical card at the Store, subject to these terms.
2. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold or traded.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

1. If a qualifying purchase that earned a voucher is later returned or cancelled, and the remaining purchase value falls below the relevant tier threshold, the voucher becomes void and must be surrendered. If such a voucher has already been redeemed, its value will be deducted from any refund.
2. If a purchase made using a voucher is later returned, any refund will be for the net amount actually paid after the voucher discount. The voucher value will not be refunded in cash, and a redeemed voucher will not be reinstated.
3. Exchanges are subject to the Store's standard exchange policy.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers

1. Please treat your voucher like cash. We are not responsible for vouchers that are lost or stolen, or for any unauthorised use before a loss is reported to us.
2. Each voucher is tracked by its serial number against the sales invoice on which it was issued. As the voucher is a transferable bearer instrument redeemable by whoever presents the original card, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

11. Fraud and Misuse

1. We reserve the right to refuse, void, or cancel any voucher that we reasonably believe has been obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, bill-splitting, or other misuse of the Programme.
2. Only the original, serial-numbered voucher card will be honoured. Photocopied, duplicated, altered, or tampered vouchers will not be accepted.

12. Taxes

All prices at the Store are inclusive of GST. The issue of a voucher is not itself a taxable supply.

13. Changes to the Programme

1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Programme or these terms at any time, without prior notice.
2. Vouchers validly issued before any change will be honoured up to their stated expiry, under the terms applicable at the time of issue.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
